FAQs

Q: Can I make these without baking powder?
A: You can, but the wings will be less crispy. Baking powder helps dry and crisp the skin.

Q: Can I cook frozen wings?
A: Thaw them first. Pat them dry and follow the same steps for best crisp.

Q: How do I make the sauce less spicy?
A: Use less hot sauce and add more honey or butter to balance the heat.

Q: Can I double this recipe?
A: Yes. Use more pans and racks so the wings do not touch. Cook in batches if needed.

A: Yes. Increase baking time to ensure they cook through and check with a meat thermometer (165°F inside).
