- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle hot honey over the top.
- Crumble feta cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the feta is melted.
- Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Pat the chicken dry before seasoning for better browning. Use room temperature chicken for even cooking. Add extra hot honey or chili flakes for more heat. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking to retain juices.
