Description

Creamy Ranch Chicken is a delicious and easy recipe featuring tender chicken in a rich ranch sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the ranch seasoning mix and heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the shredded cheese to the sauce and mix until melted.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure to coat it with the creamy ranch sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for an hour before cooking. You can use boneless thighs instead of breasts if you prefer dark meat.
