Description

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves (crushed/minced)
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Parsley (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten to about 1 cm thick.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over chicken, seasoning both sides with oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat a large pan over high heat, add chicken, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add olive oil and garlic to the pan, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in cream and lemon juice, bringing to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return chicken to the pan, reduce heat, and cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
  7. Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure even flattening of the chicken for uniform cooking. Adjust lemon juice to your taste for extra zest.
