Description

Delicious and tender chicken thighs baked in a creamy garlic and Parmesan sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken thighs to a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes

For better flavor, sear the chicken well. You can add red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
