Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the seared chicken thighs to a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For better flavor, sear the chicken well. You can add red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
