Description

A delicious and creamy garlic chicken dish that’s quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy. Adjust garlic to taste and consider adding Italian herbs for extra flavor.
