Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture. Don’t overcook the pasta; it should be al dente, as it will continue to cook in the sauce.
