Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
  4. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly.
  5. Pour the cranberry glaze over the turkey breast.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
