- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly.
- Pour the cranberry glaze over the turkey breast.
- Roast in the oven for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
