  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain it well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
