Description

A simple and delicious chicken dish featuring vibrant Mediterranean flavors with garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. If using an oven, bake at 375°F for about 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor. You can also use dried oregano if fresh is unavailable.
