Description

This simple roast chicken is easy to make and tastes great with crispy skin and juicy meat.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  4. Roast in the oven for about 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
