- 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm.
