Description

A hearty and satisfying Chicken Hashbrown Casserole that’s perfect for cozy dinners or family gatherings. Easy to make and can be customized with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
