- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and heavy cream.
- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and drop them into the simmering soup.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Add frozen mixed vegetables directly to the soup for convenience.
