Description

A delightful meal that combines crunchy chicken, fresh lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing in two slices of crusty bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 cup crunchy chicken (fried or grilled)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese, for topping
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of crusty bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  3. Layer the crunchy chicken on one slice of bread.
  4. Add the dressed lettuce on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Caesar dressing for a few hours before cooking. You can add sliced tomatoes or avocado for a twist. Use homemade Caesar dressing for a healthier option.
