- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions
- Toast the slices of crusty bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Layer the crunchy chicken on one slice of bread.
- Add the dressed lettuce on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Caesar dressing for a few hours before cooking. You can add sliced tomatoes or avocado for a twist. Use homemade Caesar dressing for a healthier option.
