Description

A warm, easy stromboli filled with rotisserie chicken, crispy bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing, all wrapped in thin crust dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 package thin crust pizza dough
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thin crust pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Layer the rotisserie chicken, cooked bacon, and shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings.
  5. Roll the dough tightly to form a log and seal the edges.
  6. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
