- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
