Description

Quick and delicious cheesy garlic chicken wraps that are perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam side down.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
