  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 3 ½ cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Optional: Ranch dressing
  • Optional: Green onions, chopped
  • Optional: Blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, cheddar cheese, and 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth.
  2. Cook the Lasagna Noodles: Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay them flat.
  3. Assemble the Lasagna: Spread a layer of cheese mixture in a baking dish, add noodles, more cheese mixture, shredded chicken, and repeat layers ending with cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Rest and Serve: Allow to rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with optional toppings.

Notes

Let the cream cheese soften for a smoother mixture. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and flavor.
