- 12 ounces lasagna noodles
- 3 ½ cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Optional: Ranch dressing
- Optional: Green onions, chopped
- Optional: Blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, cheddar cheese, and 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Cook the Lasagna Noodles: Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay them flat.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Spread a layer of cheese mixture in a baking dish, add noodles, more cheese mixture, shredded chicken, and repeat layers ending with cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Rest and Serve: Allow to rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with optional toppings.
