- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce if using.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading them out in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
