Description

Deliciously spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings are a perfect snack or appetizer for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix together hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add the hot sauce mixture. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
  5. Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For crispier wings, dry them well before coating. Feel free to experiment with different sauces or spices for unique flavors.
