Description

Crispy taquitos filled with spicy Buffalo chicken, perfect for snacks or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Lay out a flour tortilla and add a spoonful of the Buffalo chicken mixture in a line down the center.
  3. Roll up the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the taquitos in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes, turning as needed.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with additional Buffalo sauce and dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately. You can also bake the taquitos at 375°F for about 20 minutes as a healthier option.
