Crispy taquitos filled with spicy Buffalo chicken, perfect for snacks or game day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Lay out a flour tortilla and add a spoonful of the Buffalo chicken mixture in a line down the center.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes, turning as needed.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with additional Buffalo sauce and dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately. You can also bake the taquitos at 375°F for about 20 minutes as a healthier option.
