- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (leftover or rotisserie)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup carrots, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chips or crackers (for serving)
- Lettuce leaves or wraps (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
- Add in the diced celery and grated carrots. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the salad with chips or crackers, or use it as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.
Notes
Adjust the heat by adding more or less buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
