Description

A deliciously bold and healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack. Packed with shredded chicken and crunchy veggies in a spicy buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (leftover or rotisserie)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup carrots, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips or crackers (for serving)
  • Lettuce leaves or wraps (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
  2. Add in the diced celery and grated carrots. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve the salad with chips or crackers, or use it as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.

Notes

Adjust the heat by adding more or less buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
