- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover with buffalo sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the remaining buffalo sauce.
- Return the chicken to the baking dish and top with ranch dressing and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buffalo sauce for a few hours before cooking.
