Description

Tender chicken mixed with zesty buffalo sauce, perfect for gatherings or quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and cover with buffalo sauce.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  6. Mix the shredded chicken with the remaining buffalo sauce.
  7. Return the chicken to the baking dish and top with ranch dressing and cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buffalo sauce for a few hours before cooking.
