Description

Buffalo Chicken Mozzarella Sticks are a spicy snack combining savory buffalo chicken and gooey mozzarella, perfect for parties or game days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken (use rotisserie or freshly cooked)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (adjust spice level to taste)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (fresh or low-moisture)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil (high smoke point)
  • 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Wrap a portion of buffalo chicken mixture around each mozzarella stick.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken-wrapped mozzarella stick into flour, then eggs, and coat with panko.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry mozzarella sticks for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Notes

For extra crunch, double dip in eggs and breadcrumbs. Freeze un-fried sticks for later use.
