- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (adjust spice level to taste)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (fresh or low-moisture)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Cooking Oil (high smoke point)
- 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (blue cheese or ranch)
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Wrap a portion of buffalo chicken mixture around each mozzarella stick.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken-wrapped mozzarella stick into flour, then eggs, and coat with panko.
- Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry mozzarella sticks for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes
For extra crunch, double dip in eggs and breadcrumbs. Freeze un-fried sticks for later use.
