- 1 pound of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the individual pieces.
- Take one piece of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Alternatively, fry in oil until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake instead of frying. You can use different cheeses or fillings for a twist.
