Description

A fun and tasty take on classic Buffalo chicken, these savory bombs are perfect for parties and game day, filled with chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate the individual pieces.
  4. Take one piece of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Alternatively, fry in oil until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with ranch dressing.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake instead of frying. You can use different cheeses or fillings for a twist.
