Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare chicken breasts by pounding to an even thickness.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika; let rest.
- Make glaze by simmering honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan; add garlic and butter, whisk until combined.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Brush half of the hot honey glaze over chicken and top with feta cheese and olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest under foil for 5 minutes, garnish, and drizzle with remaining glaze before serving.
