Description
Quick and easy chicken nuggets cooked in an air fryer, golden and crispy on the outside, juicy inside.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces in the beaten egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
