- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
- Toss the chicken chunks in salt and pepper, then thread them onto the skewers.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Serve skewers with bang bang sauce drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce.
Notes
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning. For extra flavor, consider using chicken thighs instead of breasts.
