Description

Juicy, spicy chicken on sticks with a creamy, sweet, and slightly spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or party snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  2. Toss the chicken chunks in salt and pepper, then thread them onto the skewers.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Serve skewers with bang bang sauce drizzled on top or as a dipping sauce.

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning. For extra flavor, consider using chicken thighs instead of breasts.
