Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. In a bowl, mix sour cream, chicken broth, and flour until smooth.
