- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, chicken broth, and flour until smooth.
- Combine the chicken pieces with the sautéed mixture, season with salt and pepper, then pour the sour cream mixture over the top.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.
