Description

A comforting baked chicken casserole filled with tender chicken, creamy sauce, and flavorful vegetables, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Pasta or rice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook chicken breasts until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  5. Stir in cream cheese until it melts and combines with the other ingredients.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet, mixing well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, then top with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

Serve with pasta or rice for a filling meal. Add a green salad to complete the dish.
