Ingredients

- 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check that the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve the fajitas in warm tortillas.
Notes
Marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight can enhance the flavor. You can use different vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for variety.
