Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas full of flavor and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture.
  3. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Check that the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  8. Serve the fajitas in warm tortillas.

Notes

Marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight can enhance the flavor. You can use different vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for variety.
