- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and any herbs you prefer.
- Toss the chicken until it is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is crispy on the outside.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking. Experiment with different seasonings or marinades.
